hellos !! everyone ~

i'm posting this post asking who wanto go to chinese garden for lantern festival
their opening hour is 6pm to 11pm on both weekdays & weekends [i think so]
this year theme is HELLO KITTY !
sheena, your favourite~
for the entance fee is weekday $12+, weekend $15+
should be around this price or most by a dollar
& lantern festival on 14th sep is a sun
i wanting to go on 12th or 13th sep
who can make it ?

We'll be paying the wholesale thingy to the people tomorrow already.
So try to pay by tomorrow okay?
& also, they will deliver the food to our chalet and it cost $5 dollars for the delivery fee.
So in total, the wholesale package will cost: $178.10 + $5 = $183.10
and like what I've said before, bbq pit cost $16.
So in total, $183.10 + $16 = $199.10
The food will arrive on Wednesday at 4pm.
so we will officially start our BBQ at around that time.
Guys, we'll need you to start the fire beforehand! ;]
But I do hope that everybody can come early and have class bonding together.
Actually we planned this chalet so as to have this so called; "last gathering" before our school starts.
So come early okay?! ;DD

I'M TALKING IN GENERAL. not pointing fingers at anyone.
I'll not volunteer myself to organise any chalets or outings or whatsoever anymore.
Because I have to fret about the booking, the money, the food and EVERYTHING
& when we asked for people's suggestion, the responses I get was pathetic.
Sometimes I feel as though I was talking to myself.
I have to call, SMS, MSN everybody constantly to remind them to pay money,
to ask whether they are going or not.
and to think that no matter how many times I asked, SOME don't even bother to reply me.
and this is really irritating me out.

I don't wish to get myself angry over such pathetic matters and even make myself sick, for that matter.
I just want to enjoy every outings we have.

here is the confirmation of the people going/staying.
I've categorize them into three groups for easy counting.
1st. PEOPLE WHO'RE STAYING FOR 2 NIGHTS!
Leeling, Yongli, Kehui, Cheeguan, Vivian, Sheena, Junhao, Patrick, Seeyang
2nd. PEOPLE WHO'S STAYING FOR 1 NIGHT ONLY!
Charmaine, Shirley [coming at 2nd day]
3rd. PEOPLE WHO'S GOING BUT NOT STAYING OVER!
Fidya, Saidah, Natasha, YangChen, Gordon, Ayu
For the food, after looking at the prices at giant together with Sheena,
and adding the sum of all the food together,
we came up to a hefty sum of $200++ [including drinks and everything]
so we decided to go to this website, http://www.bbqwholesale.com/package/Basic20.pdf
and order wholesale package. [credits to leeling]
the total price of this package is $178.10.
Therefore, everybody need to pay $15 for the food.
this $15 consist mainly for the FOOD only. FOOD.ONLY.
as to why it is $15, after paying for the wholesale package,
we still need to buy drinks, utensils and everything because the package does not cover much of it.
unless you guys are just satisfied with 24 packet drinks.
& also, the $15 covers for the rental of the bbq pit.
I repeat, $15/person for the food.
okay, now on to the cost of the chalet.
we've decided to book the double decked room because it is more convenient for the people to enter or exit the room without disturbing the people in slumber.
Also, we thinks that the people that's going but not staying should also help in paying a little for the chalet cost because you all will still be using the chalet.
It's only fair this way. ;]
So, the chalet price : $185 duplex
9 FULL 10/10 = 90 units
2 HALF 5/10 = 10 units
6 FOOD 3/10 = 18 units
90 + 10 + 18 = 118 units
185/118 = 1.57
Staying 2nights : 10 X 1.57 = 15.70
Staying 1night : 5 X 1.57 = $7.85
not staying : 3 X 1.57 = $4.71
So in total,
people who's staying 2nights needs to pay= ($15.70 + $15)
= $30.70
people who's staying 1night needs to pay= ($7.85+ $15)
= $22.85
people who's going but not staying needs to pay= ($ 4.71 + $15)
= $19.71
Don't go and round off the number okay?!
Because the sum is exactly the price.
Please bank transfer the money to bank account 209-60767-0.
After doing so, leave a message to Sheena to let her know that you've already send her the money.

anyway, here's some information about the chalet.
The chalet last from next Wednesday to Friday.
which is 27August to 29August.
& we hope that everybody try to make it. ;]
we've decided on pasir ris chalet which cost a total of 150bucks for 3days 2night.
of course, that only consist of one room.
For two rooms, multiply that digit by two.
everybody can do this easy multiplication.
The sum $150 consist of the GST, so no worries.
but if you want to book a barbeque pit, it cost $16 daily.
