okay, enough about craps.
back to serious matters.

here is the confirmation of the people going/staying.
I've categorize them into three groups for easy counting.

1st. PEOPLE WHO'RE STAYING FOR 2 NIGHTS!
Leeling, Yongli, Kehui, Cheeguan, Vivian, Sheena, Junhao, Patrick, Seeyang

2nd. PEOPLE WHO'S STAYING FOR 1 NIGHT ONLY!
Charmaine, Shirley [coming at 2nd day]

3rd. PEOPLE WHO'S GOING BUT NOT STAYING OVER!
Fidya, Saidah, Natasha, YangChen, Gordon, Ayu

For the food, after looking at the prices at giant together with Sheena,
and adding the sum of all the food together,
we came up to a hefty sum of $200++ [including drinks and everything]

so we decided to go to this website, http://www.bbqwholesale.com/package/Basic20.pdf
and order wholesale package. [credits to leeling]
the total price of this package is $178.10.

Therefore, everybody need to pay $15 for the food.
this $15 consist mainly for the FOOD only. FOOD.ONLY.

as to why it is $15, after paying for the wholesale package,
we still need to buy drinks, utensils and everything because the package does not cover much of it.
unless you guys are just satisfied with 24 packet drinks.
& also, the $15 covers for the rental of the bbq pit.

I repeat, $15/person for the food.

okay, now on to the cost of the chalet.
we've decided to book the double decked room because it is more convenient for the people to enter or exit the room without disturbing the people in slumber.

Also, we thinks that the people that's going but not staying should also help in paying a little for the chalet cost because you all will still be using the chalet.
It's only fair this way. ;]

So, the chalet price : $185 duplex

9 FULL 10/10 = 90 units
2 HALF 5/10 = 10 units
6 FOOD 3/10 = 18 units
90 + 10 + 18 = 118 units
185/118 = 1.57

Staying 2nights : 10 X 1.57 = 15.70
Staying 1night : 5 X 1.57 = $7.85
not staying : 3 X 1.57 = $4.71

So in total,
people who's staying 2nights needs to pay= ($15.70 + $15)
= $30.70

people who's staying 1night needs to pay= ($7.85+ $15)
= $22.85

people who's going but not staying needs to pay= ($ 4.71 + $15)
= $19.71

Don't go and round off the number okay?!
Because the sum is exactly the price.

After doing so, leave a message to Sheena to let her know that you've already send her the money.
